Recruiting candidates will be easier with Super Recruit Success
Super Recruit Success is a platform that provide services to helps HR manage and operate their own recruitment process. It contains with 3 main objective, which are easy to manage applications through Job posting, be able to search candidates within 4.5 million database and manage tasks and view the Performance Record in real-time.
Goals
Business Goal / Requirement
• To satisfy the need of the client, ie., to create the management system that allows each user to be able
to custom their own recruiting process
• To digitalize the hiring process and management system.
• Create the feeling that by using Super Recruit is like having a personal assistant.
• To make Super Recruit Success the main platform for application management.
User Goals
• Want to keep track of their own performances in each stage of the recruitment process
• Want the journey of making appointments for interviews easier
• Want a reminder for the interviews or tasks to be complete.
• Also want to be able to import resumes from other sources to manage on this platform.
• Want to sync the recruitment calendar with their own devices.
Challenge
• Enhance Product Value and Brand Awareness through New SRS 2022
• One of the biggest challenges is how to totally understand the whole recruitment process and the
user to be able to design this system.
• How to rearrange the possible action that can happen in every stage of the process
• How to develop the features that support all kinds of hiring processes whether the client is from an
SME business or the big Corporate company
• How to design a product that is information oriented with hardly any visual elements
Why needed?
After the beta version of the application Total Recruitment Software (ก้างปลา) is launched in Nov 2021, we have always been looking for feedback and the problems encountered by the users. There were too many difficulties in using this system and are not suitable for many users’ way of work.

Home Page
• Redesigning the Home page by categories management tools into
clean and clear design
• Reducing unnecessary features and replace it with calendar, my
reminder and notification instead.
• Adding Total Recruitment (ก้างปลา) to home page, to notify report for HR




Super Resume Score Point
Super Resume Score Point is a system that HR can set the scoring condition. and automatically calculate into a raw number, which help filter resumes easier.
New Design + Apply to the previous interface..
1. Adding a section in ‘creating job post’
2. Designing landing page that help user know about system more
3. Scoring will appear in each resume
4. Super Resume Score point can be send and record to line manager




Payment Process
• Making payments more easier by change the layout and design
• Combining some features to reduce the journey of user




Chat with Candidates
• Allow HR to contact with candidates easily and directly since
approach process including accept process. Also recording all
information in Super Recruit Success
3 main cases that HR will hook up with candidates
1. When meeting with candidate for the first time from resume.
2. In the event that HR have talked with candidate before / have
already met them/ or want more information.
3. Notification (Candidate reply the message back)
